Brian Peterson’s work is focused primarily on two themes: the nude in nature and capturing the simple, unadorned beauty of the female form in the studio. Mountains, rock formations, and redwood forests are his source of inspiration in Nature and he tries to represent the female form as an integrated part of nature. In the studio, Brian seeks to capture a natural expression of feminine beauty using soft focus, simple lighting, and warm colors. “Every model has a unique expression of beauty and sensuality” he says. “In order to capture this inner essence, I create an open and relaxed expanse wherein the has model freedom to express herself and we can collaboratively create the images I envision.”
